At REP Fitness, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best setup for your home or commercial gym. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus applicable shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the equipment in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit; please ensure all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for heavy items like racks and benches.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
